Shokan doesn't support the idea of "encouraging effort" or "demanding hard work," which are often seen as positive in society. When things don't go well, people tend to blame themselves for not trying hard enough. They think, "I have to try harder!" or "I have to change more!" According to Shokan, what's lacking isn't effort, but gratitude. He believes that everyone, as they are, is a perfect being recognized by God (or the universe). This doesn't mean they have no flaws, but that they are recognized for their unique role. He also says that many people believe they can be happy if things go their way. However, according to Shokan, such happiness is a "hell" that continues endlessly. He emphasizes the importance of being content with what you have. Happiness isn't something you become; it's something you feel in each moment. He freely shares the power of the best magic word, "thank you," which costs nothing, along with the "laws of the universe" and "how to befriend God" that he has researched for over 40 years to live a fulfilling life. Unlike some religions, Shokan's teachings don't cost money. You don't have to believe it if you don't want to. But if you try it, the results will be obvious.

Initially, I encountered Shokan's books not through his writings, but by chance through his YouTube channel. In fact, I'll never forget November 25, 2024, when something unbelievable happened to me, according to the general public. I couldn't believe it and spent a while just staring blankly every day. I couldn't accept it. However, after learning about Shokan's perspective and the laws of the universe, I realized that all phenomena are neutral. And I learned that while you can't change what happens, you can change your perspective and how you interpret things. Then, the world I live in began to look different. Until then, I only focused on the negative things I lacked and counted only the negatives. But then, I started to look at the happiness (positives) I had, which I had taken for granted until then, and I began to count only the positives. Every day, I give thanks for learning something when things don't go well, and I give thanks from the bottom of my heart when things do.
